Meet Linda Heredia, Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Certified Coach Practitioner and Energy Medicine Practitioner

Linda Heredia

Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Certified Life Coach Practitioner, Reiki Master and Energy Medicine Therapist. Linda has been passionately helping women nourish and heal their bodies and minds for over 2 decades. She recognizes that each client is on a unique journey and her holistic approach is no different. Linda tailors her wellness programs to speak to each client’s unique needs and lifestyle. She believes gentle progressive shifts empower a long-term impact on her client’s total wellbeing –body, mind and spirit.
Linda’s path to becoming a practitioner sparked at age 9 when she witnessed the power of nutrition and a positive mindset through her father’s cancer journey.

Recognizing that healing starts from within, she began her energy therapy training at age 13, becoming one of the youngest Reiki Masters. In 2006, Linda received her Honours Bachelors in Health Sciences with a Specialization in
Health Promotion from the University of Western Ontario. She then went on to achieve her designation as both a Registered Holistic Nutritionist from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition (CSNN) and Certified Life Coach practitioner from the Certified Coaches Federation (CCF).

Over the years, Linda has supported clients with a range of needs — from pre and postnatal care to resolving hormonal and digestive imbalances to championing weight loss and detoxification. She has also worked with a number of clients facing illnesses, such as cancer and cardiovascular disease.

Linda has continued to expand her breadth of holistic training related to nutritional supplementation, meditation, emotional freedom techniques and energy medicine. In addition to one-on-one work, she is an author and speaker,

leading wellness seminars, including her popular “Nourished Mama” and “Nourished Baby” series.

When Linda’s not working, you can find her going on local adventures with her husband and two boys, creating new recipes in the kitchen, sweating it out in a yoga studio or shopping for healing gemstones.
