This 4-week series is a gentle, supportive space designed for women who feel anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves and are craving meaningful self-care. Through a combination of slow, accessible yoga and guided journaling, each session invites you to pause, reflect, and reconnect with your inner world. Together, we’ll explore themes of safety, self-discovery, shadow work, emotional release, and self-compassion, always at a pace that honours your energy and capacity. 

No experience is needed; this is not about doing things perfectly, but about showing up as you are. 

By the end of the series, you’ll have simple, grounding tools to better understand yourself, regulate your nervous system, and create moments of calm and care in your everyday life.

Everyone is welcome! This class is suitable for all levels and abilities.

No yoga experience required.
