Join us for a 6-week series, Early Postpartum Core Strength & Conditioning

Monday September 23 2024, 10:30am at 209 Dundas St East, Whitby

Focused on early postpartum recovery geared for the those in the first 5 months after delivery (vaginal delivery or c-section).

This class helps you reconnect with your abdominal muscles, learn proper movement, breathing and strengthening techniques, gain valuable information on diastasis recti (abdominal separation ) and post-baby core health. 

*Will your baby cry during class? Most likely! Will you need to feed and change diapers? Yep probably. Will your baby sleep all class in their car seat?  Yep - that will happen some weeks too. We are ready to support you through it all.
