What I Support in Sex Therapy

Sex therapy isn't just about sex, it's about connection, healing, and rediscovering pleasure on your own terms. In our work together, we might explore:

-Pain during sex, whether it’s rooted in physical concerns like prolapse or postpartum recovery, or shaped by emotional experiences like trauma or anxiety

-The stories and beliefs you’ve absorbed about sex that may be holding you back

-How past trauma is showing up in your intimate life and how to gently work through it

-Struggles with low desire or mismatched libidos in relationships

-The emotional weight of navigating intimacy when it feels like something is missing

-A deeper journey of self-discovery, reconnecting with your body, your wants, and the joy that’s possible

This work is always paced with care, grounded in compassion, and tailored to your lived experience. Whether you're partnered or not, healing is possible and pleasure is part of the conversation.
