Paulina has over 20 years of experience in customer service and office administration having worked in industries from finance to marketing/advertising to food. A rib injury at the start of the pandemic led her down a path of self-discovery and growth. She was introduced to yoga as part of her recovery and that piqued her interest in health and her well-being.

Paulina joined WHP in June 2021 with minimal knowledge of the health industry but quickly learned that she had a great passion for advocating for women’s health and creating a safe space for anyone that walks through our doors. Paulina and her partner are fur parents to one spoiled dog, several fish and Morla, a 16-year-old red-eared slider turtle. At heart, she’s an artist and maker and spends most of her time in her studio creating.
