Small-group physiotherapy exercise programs designed to help you move better, rebuild strength and return to the activities you love.
Each 6–8 week series is developed and overseen by a registered Physiotherapist and delivered by our rehabilitation team, with exercises adapted to your individual needs and stage of recovery.
You must have a recent assessment or reassessment completed by one of our physiotherapists and be recommended for a class series prior to registering for any of our Group Physiotherapy classes.
Post Natal: Strong Core and Pelvic Floor

A supportive postpartum exercise series focused on rebuilding your core and pelvic floor connection after pregnancy and birth. Learn how to coordinate breathing, abdominal and pelvic floor muscles while gradually progressing strength and functional movement. Babies are welcome!
Recommended for 4 weeks to 18 months postpartum.

How to register for Physiotherapy Group Classes

To register for any Physiotherapy Group Classes please book an Initial Assessment with any one of our physiotherapists. They will determine if a group class is right for your goals and needs.

Sign up for all dates in class series
Classes are part of a series. Because they are physiotherapy-based they must begin with an assessment or re-assessment with one of our physiotherapists and contain a 6 or 8-week block of progressively programmed physiotherapy exercises.
These are not drop-in style classes, if you can’t make a class you will be sent the programming to do at home for that week (your home exercise program!)

You will be billed for the full class series 48 hours hours prior to the first class in the series.
This will be used an an account credit. Each week of class attendance you will be sent your physiotherapy invoice ( one per class) which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement if applicable.
Please contact your insurance company to see if your coverage includes Group Physiotherapy sessions.

Arrive 10-15 mins early to your first class.
Ajax - classes are run out of Glow Movement Studio which is right next door to Women’s Health Physio Centre.
Whitby - Classes are run out of our in clinic studio
Wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat and water bottle, indoor shoes, grip sock or barefoot are all fine in the studio space. - please no outdoor shoes,

If applicable Class can be submitted under ‘Small Group Physiotherapy’ with the supervising class physiotherapist’s name and billing number - which will be on your individual class reciept each week.
