Now offering two class times on Tuesdays! 9:30 am and 11:00 am

Designed for new mothers to rebuild strength, enhance stability, and improve overall fitness after childbirth. The class typically includes a series of exercises targeting core and overall muscle groups, often incorporating low-impact movements to accommodate postpartum recovery. Each exercise is structured in a circuit format, allowing participants to move through different stations with short breaks in between, promoting both endurance and muscle toning in a supportive and safe environment.

Will your baby cry during class? Most likely! Will you need to feed and change diapers? Yep probably. Will your baby sleep all class in their car seat?  Yep - that will happen some weeks too. We are ready to support you through it all.
